This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through AlbumSelection.com, including subscriptions, album purchases, pay-per-view content, and tips. By completing any purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers all payments made by Users on AlbumSelection.com, including:

  • Subscriptions
  • Album purchases
  • Pay-per-view content
  • Tips
  • Any digital content purchased or accessed through AlbumSelection

2. No Refunds on Digital Goods

All content available on AlbumSelection.com is delivered digitally and becomes accessible immediately after purchase.

Due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once content has been accessed.

However, AlbumSelection reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal for digital content may be waived once delivery has begun, provided the user has given prior consent. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


3. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless Auto-Renew is turned off.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing only.
  • Previous subscription charges cannot be refunded.
  • You retain access to the subscribed content until the billing cycle ends.

4. Incorrect or Accidental Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription
  • Disliking the content after accessing it
  • Creator availability or posting frequency
  • Not using your subscription

5. Exceptional Refund Cases

AlbumSelection may issue a refund only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A technical error on our platform that prevented access to purchased content
  • Duplicate charges caused by a processing error

Refunds (if approved) are:

  • Issued as a credit to the original payment method
  • One-time exceptions that do not establish future entitlement
  • Not provided as cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods

6. Chargeback Policy

We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback, as many issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the matter is investigated.


7. Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription and stop future billing:

  1. Open the Creator profile page
  2. Turn off the Auto-Renew option
  3. Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle

Cancelling does not refund previous charges.
