Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of AlbumSelection and forms part of your agreement with us. It sets out the standards that apply when you upload Content, communicate with others, or otherwise interact with AlbumSelection.

Defined terms have the same meaning as in our Terms-of-Service Agreement.

1. You must not use AlbumSelection except for your own personal use. You must not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or any Content obtained from AlbumSelection with anyone else.

2. Creators acknowledge that AlbumSelection purchases content on a non-exclusive basis, and Creators do not sell content directly to Users. AlbumSelection sets all pricing and determines how and where content is displayed. Creators must not attempt to redirect Users to external platforms to sell or distribute content.

3. You must only use AlbumSelection in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes.
4. You must not upload, post, display, or publish Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that encourages or promotes violence or illegal activity.
5. You must not use AlbumSelection in any way that exploits, harms, or attempts to harm anyone under 18.
6. You must not upload, post, display, or publish Content on AlbumSelection that:
   1. shows, includes, or refers to:
      1. any individual under 18;
      2. any individual without documented proof that they are at least 18 and have provided written consent.
   2. shows, promotes, advertises, or refers to:
      1. firearms, weapons, or restricted goods;
      2. illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia;
      3. self-harm or suicide;
      4. incest;
      5. bestiality;
      6. rape, sexual assault, coercion, intoxication (real or simulated), non-consent themes, torture, sadomasochistic abuse, hardcore bondage, extreme fisting, or genital mutilation;
      7. necrophilia;
      8. urine or excrement-related material;
      9. “revenge porn”;
      10. escorting, prostitution, or sex trafficking;
   3. contains AI-generated sexual content, deepfakes, manipulated imagery, or face-swaps unless you have disclosed it to AlbumSelection and obtained written permission. No AI-generated content may depict any identifiable individual without documented consent.
   4. contains, promotes, or refers to hate speech based on protected characteristics.
   5. contains another person’s private or confidential information without their express written consent.
   6. was recorded in a location where sexual activity or public nudity is illegal, or where members of the public could witness the activity.
   7. gives the impression it is approved or endorsed by AlbumSelection when it is not.
   8. is intended to cause distress, embarrassment, or serious offense to another person.
   9. is used to extort money or benefits from anyone.
   10. involves non-party commercial promotion, contests, advertisements, or product placements without our express consent.
   11. violates any credit-card association or payment-processor standards.
   12. involves coercion (real or simulated), exploitation of vulnerability, blackmail themes, or harmful or impossible acts presented as real.
7. You must not stalk, bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
8. You must not share information designed to move Users to external platforms. You may only display social links in your designated profile fields.
9. You must not share:
   1. direct contact details (phone numbers, emails, messaging apps, etc.);
   2. links to adult platforms such as OnlyFans, JFF, LoyalFans, AdultCentro, etc.;
   3. payment methods such as PayPal, CashApp, crypto wallets, or bank transfers.
10. Creators must not solicit or accept payments, tips, or transactions outside of AlbumSelection for any content or services. Attempts to bypass AlbumSelection may result in account termination.
11. You must not share any external website link on AlbumSelection.
12. You must not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct.
13. You must respect the intellectual property rights of Creators. You must not record, copy, download, reproduce, or distribute any Content without permission.
14. You must not violate intellectual-property rights, personality rights, privacy, or data-protection rights.
15. You must not impersonate AlbumSelection, a staff member, another Creator or User, or any company.
16. You must not provide false registration information or misuse another person’s identity or data.
17. You must not post spam, artificially inflate engagement, or upload repetitive or low-quality content.
18. You must not stream prerecorded material and present it as live.
19. You must not use codewords or other indirect communication to bypass this policy.
20. You must not reproduce, print, download, or distribute any Content except as allowed under the Terms-of-Service.
21. You must not introduce viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or harmful code.
22. You must not reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of AlbumSelection.
23. You must not use AlbumSelection in a way that compromises security or interferes with others’ use.
24. You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, or extraction tools.
25. You must not use AlbumSelection’s name, branding, or logos without our written consent.
26. Creators must provide high-quality, original content that meets AlbumSelection standards. Content that is unusable, low-quality, stolen, watermarked, or non-compliant may be rejected without payment.
27. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing or submitting content complies with local laws in your jurisdiction. AlbumSelection may restrict access where required by law.

Breaches of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of Content, or loss of eligibility for content payments, as described in the Terms-of-Service Agreement and Creator Agreement.
