This Appeals & Takedown Policy outlines the procedure for requesting the removal of content hosted, distributed, or made available on AlbumSelection, operated by Upperstage Eng Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE155422 (“AlbumSelection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

AlbumSelection respects the rights, safety, and dignity of all individuals depicted in content on our platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual, illegal, or exploitative material.

  1. Who May Submit a Request

    You may submit a removal request if you believe:

    • you are depicted in content on the Website and wish to request its removal;
    • content includes you without your consent;
    • content violates your privacy rights; or
    • content otherwise breaches applicable law.
  2. How to Submit a Takedown Request

    All requests must be submitted in writing by email to:

    legal@albumselection.com

    Your request must include:

    • Your full legal name;
    • A valid contact email address;
    • The exact URL(s) or clear identification of the content in question;
    • A statement explaining the reason for your request;
    • Information reasonably sufficient to verify that you are the individual depicted.

    We may request additional information where necessary to confirm identity and ensure the legitimacy of the request.

  3. Review Process

    Upon receipt of a complete request:

    • We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours;
    • Content may be temporarily restricted during review, where appropriate;
    • Our compliance team will evaluate the request in accordance with our Creator Agreement, Age Verification Policy, and applicable laws.

    AlbumSelection reserves the right to remove content immediately where non-consensual or unlawful material is suspected.

  4. Resolution and Independent Review

    If the appeal is approved, the content will be permanently removed from public access within a reasonable timeframe.

    If there is a disagreement regarding the outcome of a removal request, the matter may be referred to an independent and neutral third-party body for review and resolution.

  5. Cooperation with Authorities

    AlbumSelection will cooperate fully with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where unlawful activity is suspected.

  6. Policy Updates

    We may update this Appeals & Takedown Policy from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements or operational changes. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
