“Content” means photos, videos, albums, audio, text, metadata, live streams, or any other material published on the Website.
“Creator” means a person who provides or sells original media content to AlbumSelection under a content acquisition agreement.
“User” means a person who accesses, views, or purchases content published on the Website.
“Subscription” means a recurring paid access plan offered by AlbumSelection for users to view content made available on the Website.
“AlbumSelection” refers to Upperstage Eng Ltd as the sole publisher, licensor, and merchant of record.
By accessing or using the Website, or by clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
The Website is available only to persons who:
AlbumSelection is not a marketplace. Creators do not sell content directly to Users.
Instead, Creators sell or license their content directly to AlbumSelection under a separate acquisition agreement. Once content is purchased or licensed, AlbumSelection becomes the sole publisher and has the exclusive right to:
Creators are paid directly by AlbumSelection; Users never make payments to Creators.
By selling or providing content to AlbumSelection, the Creator grants AlbumSelection a minimum one (1) year exclusive worldwide license to publish, display, sell, advertise, and distribute that content on the Website and associated platforms.
AlbumSelection may continue using, storing, or promoting the content for at least one year even if the Creator ceases collaboration, closes their account, or requests removal.

Some content includes nudity and sexual material. You must ensure that viewing such content is legal in your jurisdiction. AlbumSelection prohibits:
Violations will be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies.
To access paid content, you must create an account. You agree to keep your login credentials secure. AlbumSelection may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
AlbumSelection is the sole party that sets pricing for Subscriptions, albums, bundles, and pay-per-view content.
Creators do not control pricing and do not receive payments from Users.
By subscribing or purchasing content, you authorize AlbumSelection and its payment processor to charge your payment method for displayed prices, including applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Cancellation is available in your account settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Charges may appear on your statement under a descriptor containing “AlbumSelection” or similar.
All purchases are final unless required by law. Refunds may be granted only if:
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal recovery actions.
Except for content owned by Creators and licensed to AlbumSelection, all Website materials, including design, software, logos, and text, are owned by or licensed to AlbumSelection.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to view purchased or subscribed content for personal use only.
You must not reproduce, share, or redistribute any content.
AlbumSelection may modify or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlbumSelection is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts in Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except where arbitration applies.
